My journey began in primary care as a Family Nurse Practitioner, where I realized that physical health and mental well-being are inseparable. I saw many patients struggling with the emotional weight of chronic illness, which inspired me to pursue a second board certification in Psychiatric Mental Health. I develop a holistic approach that honors the connection between the body and the mind after working in many different clinical settings. My style of care is holistic, treating the person as a whole and not just the symptoms. It integrates medication management and therapy to facility an evidence based approach with clear communication, mutual respect and prioritizing patient's goals. It takes courage to seek change, and you don't have to face these struggles alone. My practice is a space where judgment is absent and genuine listening is paramount.If you are ready to step toward feeling better, more resilient, and ultimately, happier, I invite you to take the first step. What is your typical process for working with clients?

Working with me starts with a thorough intake session where we discuss your history and goals in a nonjudgmental space. My practice focuses on individualized care, often blending medication management and therapeutic techniques. Together, we'll develop a treatment plan you feel comfortable pursuing to improve your overall well being. Progress looks like feeling more empowered in your daily life and achieving a sense of emotional balance. I enjoyed working with teenagers, adults and older adults struggling with Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Depression, ADHD, mood disorders, Bipolar disorders, Psychosis and Trauma.
