Honestly no complaints. I came in with various issues, and Doctor Bhatnagar helped me understand the causes well, and explored multiple avenues to deal with them. Didn't seem to write off things I was saying, or make assumptions on my behalf like I've seen other doctors do. Very attentive and friendly
Following the appointment, she's left messages in order to explain my results, and what I need to do going forward for the ones that aren't so great.

Dr. Bhatnagar is probably one of the most amazing Doctor's. She’s has respectful bedside manner, she listens I mean truly listen and she cares. In today’s world I think it’s hard to find a doctor who actually listen to my concerns and address them accordingly. She wants you to check in and she’s holding me accountable and she is appreciated. If you’re looking for a doctor and you come across her, do it book her !

My doctor is wonderful. The front desk people need to take a class on good customer service. You stand there and they look at you while talking to coworkers just waiting until some decides they will help you. They don't greet you. You have to tell them good morning "I am checking in for an appointment" or something. Went in on a Saturday to have blood work at11:40am and they said the lab just closed and they were done for the day even though the time says opened until 1pm.

I feel like doctors shouldn't have to see so many patients in an hour and be rushed. I know it's to meet a quota because I've worked in big companies and doctors are forced to see so many patients in a day which takes away from them actually being able to listen and spend more time answering questions and explaining things more thoroughly. Dr. B does a great job with me because I'm in the medical field and understand but not everyone does.

The public washroom in waiting room was so horrible that I couldn't clean up myself before using that's how bad this bathroom was so I told the front desk staff and they referred me over to the other one available at the other end of the building ...much better .....
