About Sonia Mahi
My name is Sonia Mahi, FNP-BC, a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with clinical expertise in adult health, obesity medicine, and hormone therapy. At Jahan’s Wellness Lounge, I provide medically supervised weight-loss programs (including GLP-1 medications), testosterone replacement therapy, female hormone optimization, B12 therapy, and telehealth primary care.
I focus on identifying the root causes of symptoms such as fatigue, weight gain, low libido, and metabolic imbalance. Every treatment plan is individualized using the latest medical guidelines and lab-based assessments.

I recently had a weight loss visit with this NP, and I can confidently say she is one of the best providers I’ve ever worked with. She took her time during the entire appointment, explained everything clearly, and made sure all of my questions were fully answered. What I appreciate most is that she’s always available whenever I have follow-up questions, her responsiveness and care truly stands out.
