They canceled my appointment due to a scheduling conflict. I was ignored after I made my second appointment. No confirmation, no call, no follow up. They made their own appointment that I didn’t see and by the time I did it was too late to cancel but I wasn’t available at that time-they didn’t coordinate but made sure to charge me… still haven’t even spoken to anyone yet
