Dr.G is great and attentive and explains things very well. The problem is after the follow up appointment, it was very hard to get a hold of someone in the office to ask basic questions. I wish her medical staff was more responsive and treated matters more urgently.

As a person with a car, going to places with available parking is important. This location and facility had a nice parking lot available at no charge to its patients and clients. They had a self check in kiosk which i had a QR code for when i made my appointment but i still needed to check in at the front desk. The lady i spoke with was nice and kind, she answered my questions. The only confusion i have to say is once you are seen and directed to your location, you just have to wait in the lobby. It’s weird to explain but there was no specific office or name to look for besides the suite and then there are exam rooms. I sat in the lobby and waited about 2 minutes and i was called. The nurse that took my information was kind and attentive. She listened to all my concerns and listed them for the doctor. Once the doctor came she too was kind, attentive and informative. Dr. Sophia Galustain (for endocrinology). She created a plan for my problem and I will see her within the next few months

I had my very first visit at Crystal Run Healthcare in West Nyack today. I found my doctor on the zocdoc app and I could not be happier with the entire experience. I needed a specialist ASAP. The doctors in my area were booking out for months. I found an endocrinologist I could see in two weeks here. After I booked the appointment, they even reached out to me a few days later and offered an EARLIER appointment! Due to personal reasons, I had to keep the original appointment I booked, but knowing that they reach out to you if there is a sooner appointment is so comforting. I got multiple email and text reminders about the appointment and was able to "pre-check in" which made things a lot smoother. The facility was spotless and comfortable, every employee I encountered was professional and courteous. The nurses knew who I was before I even rounded the corner (mind you I haven't even been here before!) I didn't wait at all and saw my doctor right away! TEN STARS!
