Despite having available appointment slots for new patients the provider called me at my appointment time and asked why I needed to be seen and she had to check to see when she could see me. ? I made the appointment because it was my only day off from work. If you aren’t available to see patients then don’t have open appointment slots. It waste peoples time!!
