Hi! My name is Sophia Jones, and I am a Registered Dietitian based in Manhattan, Kansas. I graduated from the Coordinated Program in Dietetics at Kansas State University (Go Cats!) in 2017, where I also earned my Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Health. I have now planted roots here. I have worked in clinical inpatient, rehabilitation, and outpatient settings as a dietitian. My passion is truly helping clients say goodbye forever to diet culture and walk forward in food freedom.
