What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: We are not able to accept Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time. My path to becoming a PMHNP began with more than a decade of working as a psychiatric nurse, caring for individuals across inpatient, emergency, community, and outpatient mental health settings. These experiences deepened my commitment to psychiatric care that considers the whole person, not just their symptoms. I bring this clinical experience, empathy, and a practical, collaborative perspective to each session with you in my practice now.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is holistic and evidence-based, focusing not just on symptoms, but on your overall well-being, through a collaborative partnership where your voice and experiences guide a tailored treatment plan designed to help you regain stability and thrive. Working together, you can expect a supportive and nonjudgmental environment that uses psychoeducation, medication management, and supportive therapy to help you better understand your symptoms, build effective coping strategies, and feel more confident in your treatment decisions.
