As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward emotional well-being and stability. Through telepsychiatry, I’m able to meet patients where they are offering accessible, compassionate, and personalized care in a safe virtual space.
I believe that every person’s story is unique, and treatment works best when it’s built on understanding, trust, and collaboration. I take time to listen, educate, and partner with patients to develop individualized care plans that may include medication management, supportive therapy, and lifestyle guidance.
My goal is to help each person feel heard, supported, and empowered to take an active role in their healing process. I am dedicated to reducing barriers to mental health care and helping individuals achieve lasting stability, resilience, and a better quality of life.
