Getting to know Dr. Sorensen Kristina

Dr. Kristina Sorensen received her doctorate in clinical psychology from Adler University. She completed her doctoral internship and postdoctoral training at Adler Community Health Services. Dr. Sorensen has experience in community mental health, inpatient, outpatient, and primary care settings. She also has experience with group, individual, and family therapies with specialties in intimate partner violence, peri and postpartum, and additional trainings in PTSD and trauma. Dr. Sorensen serves as the Training Coordinator, assisting the Training Director with both internship and postdoctoral training programs. She also works closely with the Chief Clinical Officer on various management and administrative tasks to further support the practice.
