I am in network with BCBS of Texas and was told I was not. I asked them to call and verify, they did not , simply treated as cash pay. I was also not given any paperwork with diagnosis. Never met with any Dr. (only a PA) and was never contact again despite have a fractured hand. Not one follow-up, not consultation or discussion about surgery. I set my own appointment elsewhere.

If you book an appointment with this place better make you don't do it on a Sunday. They can't verify your insurance and then expect you to pay up front if you still want to keep the appointment. Thanks, but no thanks. I'll find somebody else.

Every person listened and obviously wanted to help me. They were kind. The check-in process was easy. They started the paperwork process right away. The xrays went smoothly. I felt like they are cared about resolving my issue. Lyndsey the PA was both good listener and communicator. I felt well-cared for and armed to transition to my regular MD when I am back home on Monday.

If we already discussed regarding Health Insurance matter.Why you guys simply ignore it?
In that case, please mention that you guys wont accept.health insurance . We will look some.other hospitals or.clinics.
Good has to look into clearly before mentioning any clinic or hospital if they are 100% sure.

I had knee pain and immediately went to the DOC in Southlake. They were the best and helped my knee problem immediately. They took xrays and found the problem was fluid build up and arthritis. Highly recommend the DOC location in Southlake, staff is friendly and helpful!
