About Dr. Spencer Hoffman

Dr. Spencer Hoffman is committed to helping families in the community experience improved health and optimal function. He speaks regularly to local schools, businesses, and organizations on health, wellness, sports injury, and safety topics. He enjoys educating others on how to manage stress better, sports injuries, how to prevent injury in the workplace and at home, and how to maintain peak performance in all facets of life. His mission is to empower as many people as possible to experience their optimal health potential through genuine care and education. Dr. Hoffman received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY, and his Masters of Science in Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport in Bridgeport, CT. His postgraduate studies have included many seminars on nutrition, human performance, sports injuries, the effects of stress on the body, as well as the use of decompression and cold laser therapy. He specializes in family wellness care, nutrition, sports injuries, postural training, and Preventive Lifestyle Coaching and is currently the owner of Hoffman Family Chiropractic & Wellness Center in Manasquan, NJ. Dr. Hoffman is a member of the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors. Dr. Hoffman lives in Toms River with his wife, Sharon, and their two daughters, Elyse and Alexis. He enjoys traveling, sports (playing and coaching softball), photography, and spending time with his family.
