About Spencer Ochner
Spencer Ochner graduated from Seton Hall University in 2022 with a Master's of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. Since then, he has been practicing Primary Care with a passion for deprescribing medication by optimizing health through lifestyle interventions. Spencer’s medical interests include men's health, geriatric health, weight management, and managing difficult to control chronic conditions (diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, etc.). He is a native born Jersey boy with a warm and friendly bedside manner.

The best GP office I've ever had. The office is very modern and clean, never overcrowded, with friendly staff and providers. Dr Spencer always has time for you. His personality creates a welcoming, friendly environment that makes the experience of treatment feel more like a two sided collaboration rather than a detached one sided authority figure giving orders. You can really feel that he's invested, and that makes all the difference.

I met Spencer a year ago when he was assisting Dr. Cernea with a procedure I was having done for arthritis in my knee. After several routine primary care visits with him throughout the year, he has proven to be thorough, attentive, helpful, and kind. He is an outstanding addition to the practice.

DC Medical care is a wonderful practice. The office staff is professional and very pleasant. I always make my appointment with the PA , Spencer Ochner. He is knowledgeable, and caring. He does not rush through the appointment. He listens, and is very clear responding to all my concerns.
