Srilakshmi Kadiyala, MD is a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician. After receiving her MBBS degree in India, Dr. Kadiyala then completed a medical program at Bronx Lebanon Medical Center which advanced her education toward completing her Residency and Fellowship. In addition to serving as the Medical Officer for Mandeville Regional Hospital in the West Indies, she became a Clinical Assistant Professor of the Medicine Department at Ross University School of Medicine and at the Caribbean School of Medicine. Dr. Kadiyala was also part of the faculty at the Department of Family Medicine at the Bronx Care Health System. Dr. Kadiyala provides extensive knowledge and experience in caring for patients in a private practice, clinic, or large medical group. She provides each patient and their family with the dedicated focus they need. Dr. Kadiyala is accepting new patients at her Sleep Hollow office.

It was a waste of time! I specifically put my reasoning for the appointment in zocdoc and when I spoke with the medical personnel there, however doctor Kadiyala did not do what I scheduled the appointment for! she kept asking me about what happened with a previous ultrasound from a different doctor that had nothing to do with what I was asking for! I wanted to be checked for fibroids instead I got the run around and asked to come back in two weeks! I feel she was just trying to run my insurance as much as she could without addressing the problem! if you cannot do the exam why except the appointment or contact the person to let them know that you cannot do the exam instead of wasting my time and my day off now I have to reschedule with someone else who can actually help me! If you chose this doctor I would suggest you call first and make sure she can actually help with your issue and hopefully they tell you the truth and not choose to waste your time as well!
