Before joining Diana Health, Sruti worked at Penn Medicine, based at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP), where she served as both a Nurse Practitioner and Certified Nurse Midwife. At HUP, she was the primary provider in obstetric emergency and triage settings, evaluating pregnant patients for a range of gynecological and obstetric concerns, including preeclampsia, eclampsia, vaginal bleeding, and fetal movement concerns. Sruti also worked in high-risk labor and delivery units, managing high-acuity, high-volume births in environments with over 10,000 births annually. She has a long-standing dedication to improving patient care through various committees focused on C-section reduction, patient satisfaction, physiological birth practices, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in healthcare.
