I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, bipolar, and sleep disorders. My focus is always on you, the patient. I see you as a whole, both mind and body, and use a variety of methods to improve your quality of life. Together, we can work on finding ways and use different methods to help improve your overall quality of life. My approach is all about working together to achieve your treatment goals. You can expect a supportive and collaborative environment where your needs and expectations are met.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I provide comprehensive psychiatric mental health services and offer supportive therapy for children, teens, and adults. I also am a trauma-informed provider and strive to create safe, nonjudgmental spaces for you and your loved ones seeking psychiatric care.
