About Stacey Lopez
Stacey Lopez is a licensed and board-certified physician assistant. She was born and raised in Dallas, TX. She graduated with Honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science and Arts in Biology in 2017. In addition to her degree, she obtained a Pre-Health Professions Certificate and a Business Foundations Certificate. During her time at UT, she volunteered at the University Health Services clinic, where she helped provide care to students on campus. One of her favorite memories during her undergraduate career was traveling to Nicaragua for a medical mission trip.
After graduating from UT, she moved to Galveston, TX, where she graduated with her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies with Honors. During PA school, she completed clinical rotations in a variety of specialties, and her passion for dermatology grew during that time. Since graduating from PA school in 2019, she has moved back Dallas and has loved treating patients.
Stacey is a Society of Dermatology Diplomate Fellowship Candidate. She is an active member of the medical community, with memberships in the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and Texas Academy of Physician Assistants.
In her free time, she enjoys exploring the outdoors, cheering on the Texas Longhorns, and spending time with her family and dogs.

The wait wasn’t long at all, attended to me right away. I felt comfortable with my health provider as she listened to my skin concerns - she explained clearly what was going on and the options I have to treat it, in hopes of finding relief. Looking forward to my Follow-up appointment.

I've had an amazing experience coming to Wellness where the entire staff has been welcoming, knowledgeable, and accomodating to my schedule. The treatment plan offered worked incredibly well! To continue as a patient with a great treatment plan moving forward!

Wellworx Dermatology Carrollton was committed to treating me with respect and making me feel comfortable. Stacey Lopez was phenomenal. She explained everything, did a great job addressing my skin reaction / treatment options and knocked out 1 freeze and 2 excisions on my first appointment. Prices were given to me prior to the procedures. There was no rush to push me out the door. Wellworx Carrollton feels like a small practice which is exceedingly rare in Dermatology now in the DFW area. My old practice, Trinity Dermatology, was gobbled up by US Dermatology and completely lost their focus on the patient. Everything revolved around maximum profits with minimal time given to patients. Not the case at Wellworx. Highly recommended
