This was my first visit seeing Dr. O'Brien which I scheduled for my 16 year-old daughter. The entire staff from the moment we walked in was welcoming and helpful. The nurse was respectful with my daughter's requests and comfort level and very personable. Dr. O'Brien was absolutely amazing listening to her concerns (and mine), was very knowledgeable and thorough with her examination, and reassured my daughter along the entire process. I could see the anxiety leave my daughter as Dr. O'Brien continued to listed to her and answer her questions and explain the process we would be following to rule things out and make my daughter feel better.

I was seen on time and signing in was a breeze! Doctor was cordial and got straight to business asking what I've noticed problems with and medical history. This was the easiest yearly checkup, with blood work and all, I have ever had. Best of all it didn't take up half of my day due to waiting in the wait room, exam room, and the blood work area.

Front desk staff kind and polite and interaction with them before appointment was welcomed. The gal that checked me in and did vitals, lab work etc was personable and efficient. First time meeting Dr. O’Brien for an annual physical. She talked with me and made me feel comfortable. Thorough and complete annual physical with appropriate lab work. Much appreciated! Glad to establish with her as my primary care provider. Thank you ladies!
