What should a new client know about working with you?

My client will know that working with me they will feel a sense of calmness and peace. You will know that this is a collaboration and that “I see you “ and you will be heard and have input in your treatment plan. My client will not be rushed and definitely will have their questions answered and know that I am in your corner.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session with me would be initially to establish a rapport and trust with my clients. My goal is for you to feel like you're in a nonjudgemental and safe space. Whether you are needing to talk things out "talk therapy", followup or medication management. My time is your time and a space for you to feel comfortable discussing whatever is on your mind ,old or new.
