My mom has passed away while I was on my first zoom call with Stacy, we had maybe talked for 10 min when I got the news. She immediately referred me out to iop, no communication, no condolences from any of the staff. I had to call to see if I could reschedule and they said they would no longer be able to see me. During a time like this, I need help with my medication management and they just shut me out. Iop is not an option at this moment with all that I now have to handle for my mom, let alone finding a new psychiatrist during this hard time for me. Extremely hurt and disappointed.

The office apparently didn't review the purpose for the appointment which was for a couple of things (none of which the Dr was aware) but primarily to obtain help getting a Vivitrol injection. She said she could not help me with that.

Dr. Staci Henshaw, you literally saved my life, I was going through a difficult time in my life, I cannot thank you enough. She listens and cares about what you are going through. I was seeing my Primary Care Provider and other specialist for years and they could not figure out what was wrong with me.
