Stacy Holbrook, MFT

Marriage and Family Therapist
UT
I have over 28 years of experience in the medical field, with the past 16.5 years focused on mental health and counseling. I'm licensed in both UT and NV, and I am a State Board approved Primary Supervisor for MFT and CPC interns. I understand that the thought of asking for help and for therapy can be scary, but I believe you are strong enough to take the first step by scheduling that first session. Together, we will explore your fears and your goals, and we will determine what you need and what you want to see changed to meet your goals. I will be here every step of the way to guide you along this journey, helping you feel safe and supported while you make the changes you want and need in life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe there is no one approach that fits everyone. In your first session, we will explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress to reach your goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work with clients of all ages, as well as their families, throughout all transitions of their lives. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you reach your life's goals. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.
