Stacy Lim, AMFT

Marriage and Family Therapist
CA
I work with individuals who are curious about themselves and ready to engage in meaningful, reflective therapy. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, helping you better understand your inner world while honoring and validating your lived experiences. As we explore patterns, emotions, and choices together, therapy becomes a space where clarity, self-trust, and intentional change can grow. I am deeply committed to supporting clients from BIPOC communities as they navigate minority stress, immigration-related experiences, and the impacts of discrimination and systemic oppression. I have a particular passion for working with first- and second-generation Asian-identified adults who may be balancing cultural expectations, identity, and healing. I also provide LGBT+ affirmative care and support individuals exploring their sexual orientation and gender identity in a safe, respectful, and affirming environment. I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and currently practice as an Associate Therapist. I am also working toward my doctorate in Clinical Psychology, which allows me to remain engaged with current research, ethical practice, and evidence-based approaches. This combination of hands-on clinical experience and advanced training strengthens my ability to thoughtfully tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs, ensuring care that is both compassionate and clinically informed.
