STACY LYONS, PMHNP-BC, is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner providing evidence-based psychiatric medication management for adults across Arizona.
She specializes in the evaluation and treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and related psychiatric conditions. Stacy focuses on accurate diagnosis, thoughtful medication planning, and ongoing follow-up to help patients achieve lasting symptom improvement and stability.
Appointments are available via secure telepsychiatry as well as in-person care at select locations.
What should a new client know about working with you?
My role is to provide a clear psychiatric evaluation and medication management tailored to your individual needs. If medication is appropriate, I will carefully review options, discuss benefits and side effects, and monitor your response over time.
My goal is to help you feel stable, focused, and functional through thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric care in a supportive and professional environment.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Your first visit includes a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and review of your medical and mental health history. If medication is indicated, we will develop a treatment plan together.
Follow-up visits focus on medication monitoring, symptom management, and ongoing adjustment to ensure the safest and most effective results. All visits are conducted through secure telepsychiatry or in person when available.

This was everything I was looking for! She listened to me and really took the time to learn able me and my situation so that she could determine my next steps for care. She does a wonderful job at explaining medical information to me as someone who doesn’t understand how these body issues work. The office was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. Everyone was so friendly. I arrived early and they came out right away. They worked diligently as a team to check if I was covered with insurance, had great bedside manner, were patient, and I never felt judged. I have suffered from Bipolar for 25 years I would highly recommend them and I feel super grateful they were recommended at the top of the zoc doc list with such an early appointment available where i could get in the next day. Stacy was also very kind and did not seem rushed she was open and willing to answer questions and made sure i knew the steps to get set up on the patient portal so I could reach out if needed.

Stacy really listens and tries to solve my problems. She's given me the best combination of medications that's finally working for me after trying multiple different things with other psychiatrists. She's also quick to listen and change any meds if I'm having any issues or side effects. I've never had a problem scheduling either. She's the best.
