I like the doctor, I did not like the nurses in the office. They called to confirm my appointment and it was changed from 12:00 to 5:00. I told the nurse I thought it was at 12:00 she said no it was at 5:00. I changed my schedule to accommodate 5:00. They called back and said I was scheduled at 12:00. It was extremely frustrating to change the time at the last minute. I also didn't think they were to sympathetic to the difficulties they caused.

Very friendly yet professional & thorough! Our insurance carrier changed to a more restrictive type, so it was difficult to find someone in our Western suburbs of Chicago. It's a 40 minute drive to see Dr York, but worth every minute.

I like the doctor, I did not like the nurses in the office. They called to confirm my appointment and it was changed from 12:00 to 5:00. Dr. York took the time to listen to us. She is not quick in "labeling" and ensures that you have a proper diagnosis with treatment. She was very patient with my daughter! A patient Dr. makes the best type of doctor when you are working with kids.
