My approach to care is collaborative, holistic, and grounded in evidence-based practice, focusing on each client’s unique experiences and goals. When appropriate, I use medication thoughtfully while incorporating approaches like CBT, supportive therapy, and motivational interviewing. I seen Starr last week and had such an amazing experience, she is a really knowledgeable and compassionate provider! She gave me great tools to use and she actually made me feel heard, I didn’t feel rushed at all and shes super easy to talk to, Im excited to continue to work with her.

My 1st session with Mrs. Foxx was not what I expected. She was very attentive and I felt like she was speaking to to from the heart. My other therapist all said the same words, terms, therepy lingo. She meet met where I was and guided me where I needed to go and be.

Starr, was amazing! From hello I knew she was my person. She was attentive and let me ramble on about all of my things uninterrupted , she also didn’t jump to medicate me based on her findings she offered holistic approaches first so we can go from there! I can’t wait to see the progress I make in her care.
