About Dr. Stella D Calobrisi
Dr. Stella D. Calobrisi is a double board certified pediatric and adolescent dermatologist and adult dermatologist in Boca Raton, Florida since 1999. She graduated with Honors from Carnegie-Mellon University in Psychology in 1985, then from New York Medical College with honors in 1991. Dr. Calobrisi provides personalized care to children and adults with compassion and excellence in medical dermatology.
After her internship in internal medicine at the University of Cincinnati, she completed her residency in Adult and Pediatric Dermatology at the University of Cincinnati, where she served as Chief Resident. Subsequently, she completed a fellowship in Pediatric and Adolescent Dermatology at the Medical College of Wisconsin as a Mayo Clinic Foundation Scholar.
Dr. Stella D. Calobrisi had the privilege of joining the Mayo Clinic Foundation Department Dermatology as their first fellowship trained Pediatric and Adolescent Dermatologist on Staff where she helped establish the Division of Pediatric and Adolescent Dermatology in Rochester, MN. She was a consultant in both the Departments of Dermatology and Pediatrics. As an Assistant Professor of Dermatology, she enjoyed teaching the medical students as well as dermatology, pediatric and family medicine residents. However, she would tell you that her greatest achievement at the Mayo Clinic was being awarded the Teacher of the Year Award by her residents.
After 5 years in Minnesota, Dr. Calobrisi returned to south Florida to be closer to family. She established a private pediatric and adolescent dermatology practice in Boca Raton, becoming the first Board Certified Pediatric and Adolescent Dermatologist in the area. Dr. Calobrisi is dedicated to teaching medical students at Florida Atlantic University’s Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine as an Affiliate Assistant Professor of Clinical Biomedical Science. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her two dogs, and traveling.

Dr. Calobrisi is a superstar. She is a dedicated dermatologist that goes above and beyond the norm. She spends time to thoroughly address the issue making sure that both child and parent understand and are comfortable with the course of action.

As a dermatologist, Dr. Calobrisi iis sensational but she never just attends to dermatology. She is interested in the entire patient and everything going on in their life. She never just attends to dermatology. I have never known a more thorough and compassionate doctor. My entire family, including my brother and father, would say exactly the same thing.
