I started my nursing profession in November 2007 and in 2021, I graduated with my Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) degree. I have gained valuable experience and skills throughout these years taking care of medical, surgical, critically ill as well as those with mental health conditions. What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe that every patient deserves compassionate, nonjudgmental, high quality and individualized care that meets their unique needs. I am an attentive listener who seeks to listen to my patients concerns patiently, to fully understand their unique needs in order to provide high quality individualized care.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach to care is client-centered and holistic in which I prioritize my patients’ individual preferences, needs, and values in every stage of their treatment plan. I ensure that I provide care with empathy and compassion in a supportive and nonjudgmental manner. Clients can expect my treatment sessions to start with an initial assessment including complete evaluation of their mental health status, physical health, medical history, and symptoms. I will work with them collaboratively to develop an individualized treatment plan. Clients will be clearly educated about their mental health condition and their concerns will be addressed. Finally, regular follow ups will be scheduled to assess the effectiveness of the treatment plan. My overall treatment plan for clients will involve the use of research evidence based traditional psychiatric treatments including medication management as well as psychotherapies, counseling, lifestyle interventions and care collaboration with other healthcare providers.
