What should a new client know about working with you?

Patients consider me to me to be open-minded, warm, and empowering. Some of the treatment approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness based practices, motivational interviewing, and positive psychology.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first step is to do a short screening. This ensures that I am a good fit for your needs and goals. The next step is to set up an appointment The third step will consist of you filling out a brief intake, consent forms, and reviewing policies before our first appointment. Your first initial appointment is generally 60 minutes, and follow-ups are 25 minutes. Specific assessments will vary depending on what you're requesting.
