About Stephanie Catuogno
Stephanie Bui Catuogno, PA-C is a licensed and board-certified physician assistant specializing in dermatology and aesthetic medicine from Lancaster, PA. She completed an accelerated dual-degree Health Sciences and Physician Assistant Studies program. Stephanie graduated at the top of her class at University of the Sciences in Philadelphia with her Bachelors, magna cum laude honors and an Alumni Associations award. She earned her Masters at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine while completing her plastic and reconstructive surgery training at Penn Medicine in Philadelphia.
She has had the pleasure of training under several surgeons in Philadelphia and in New York City at The Vein Treatment Center, thus gaining experience and enhancing her proficiency in the art of cosmetic sclerotherapy, injectables, laser procedures and as a surgical assistant in the operating room.
She is board certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Stephanie is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, Texas Academy of Physician Assistants, International Association of HealthCare Professionals, and the American College of Phlebology. In 2017, she was published in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare.
Stephanie has been providing general dermatologic and aesthetic services including microneedling, injectables, and cosmetic sclerotherapy for spider veins in Central Texas since 2014.

I had to wait a while once I was in the exam room, so I just vibed and listened to the solid 80s tunes they were playing (not loudly at all, I just recognized the songs). I sat in the exam chair and closed my eyes and got a little power nap in, so I was fine with it.
I would recommend this practice and this provider, if only because the appointment itself was super quick and easy, and she answered all of my questions and made me less anxious about spots on my skin that I was worried about.

Wait time was extremely long it took over 45 minutes to be seen by the provider. For an appointment that only took less than 10 to 15 minutes to ?complete extremely unfortunate due to patient’s timing should be considered when these appointments are booked.

Nightmare experience. Had to call 5 times before the appointment. They missed the appointment because they have a new system. Then they tell me that the first appointment can’t be a virtual appointment. Total waste of time. Oh, and they tried to bill me at first. Would absolutely never recommend this to anyone. Go find another provider.

I see what that one review meant about her being quick, she came in, identified what was up and then gave me some medicine and advice. Did notice she didn't mention some things that were on the paper but it wasn't anything particularly serious, just a warning or two.

Dr. Stephanie was in such a hurry that my appointment lasted probably a total of 5 minutes during which she said the bare minimum and I didn't get a chance to even ask questions really or process what she was saying. Then she prescribed me two conflicting medicines that do not go together for something she suspected and just asked me to come back to see the MD after 3 weeks. I should have just visited the dermatologist directly if I knew that the appointment was going to be a waste of my time like this.

I had a wonderful visit! The team was super nice, and listened to where I was and asked about any specific concerns I had. I had never been to a dermatologist before, so they explained new things to me and were super considerate (fear of needles here, and they were great about it. They checked my insurance coverage and were very clear about aftercare, when to visit again, and how to access my information. I would definitely recommend going here!

Was double booked for same time with same provider which probably caused increased wait time. Higher than expected up front cost and office did not provide itemized bill. I was advised to call back after a couple of days so doctor could input information. Not sure how they came to charge me up front then? Not allowed to say how much but it was six times what I expected for my copay.
