Stephanie Diaz is a highly skilled and compassionate midwife dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to expectant mothers and their families. With years of experience and a deep commitment to the well-being of mothers and babies, Stephanie Diaz is here to ensure that your birthing experience is nothing short of extraordinary. In addition, Stephanie specializes in the care of women through all life stages-from adolescence through menopause-by providing well-woman care, which includes but is not limited to annual exams such as Pap smears, breast exams, and STD screening, prevention, and treatment (if necessary), along with discussions about your general health.
Background and Expertise:
With a solid foundation in midwifery, Stephanie Diaz brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Vista Women's Health. She received her Master's in Nurse-Midwifery from Frontier Nursing University and her undergraduate degree from the College of Saint Elizabeth. Prior to completing her graduate degree, she practiced as a labor and delivery nurse at Mountainside Hospital for six years. Since becoming a Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM), she has worked in both hospital-based and private practices. Stephanie is an active member of the American College of Nurse-Midwives and the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She enjoys working with women through their life transitions and empowers them to safely and collaboratively take control of their birth outcomes. Stephanie is dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and techniques in the field, continually expanding her knowledge to provide the best possible care for her patients.

I came in for my annual gyn exam and I felt comfortable and calm. Stephanie is patient and listens to every concern or question. She is professional and has great bedside manner. The front desk and nurses are so friendly & welcoming.
