What should a new client know about working with you?

Stephanie believes that healing begins with being truly seen and heard. From the first session, her goal is to build a foundation of trust and safety. You won't be rushed or judged—instead, you'll be met with curiosity, care, and clinical expertise. Stephanie values collaboration, ensuring that your goals, comfort level, and values shape your care.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Your journey begins with a comprehensive initial assessment—exploring your mental and physical health history, current challenges, life context, and treatment preferences. From there, Stephanie works with you to co-create a personalized care plan. This may include a combination of psychiatric medication management, supportive psychotherapy, yoga and movement, mindfulness and medication practices, and lifestyle strategies designed to reinforce sustainable well-being. The diagnostic process will also include collaboration with your previous and/or current providers and a request for any relevant recent laboratory results or medical procedures as needed for a complete clinical picture of your health, ensuring efficient and effective care. After the initial evaluation, we offer telehealth services for follow-up appointments, allowing you to receive care from the comfort of your home or office. This service is designed to be convenient and flexible, so you can access the support you need without disrupting your busy schedule. Stephanie also offers referrals to additional resources and/or specialty providers if needed, ensuring continuity and comprehensiveness of care.
