About Dr. Stephanie Mackey
Dr. Mackey is a board-certified dermatologist with 30 years of experience treating patients of all ages in both medical and surgical dermatology.
Dr. Mackey graduated from Penn State’s honors college with a bachelor’s degree in biology and received her medical degree from the Penn State College of Medicine. She is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Her internal medicine internship was conducted at Hershey Medical Center followed by a dermatology residency at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville PA.
Dr. Mackey has served as past president of both the Lancaster City and County Medical Society, as well as the Pennsylvania Academy of Dermatology. She is a member of the Lancaster City and County Medical Society, the Pennsylvania Medical Society, and the American Academy of Dermatology.
Dr. Mackey had her own practice for 22 years and looks forward to serving the Lancaster community again.

It was great! I went to this practice years ago and after an insurance change was finally able to go back. The office has since expanded and the experience was wonderful! Front desk staff was friendly. The medical assistant was funny, pleasant, and helpful. This was also my first time meeting Dr. Mackey. She was thorough and efficient. I look forward to continuing at this practice.

I would go back to Dr. Mackey. She was my third dermatologist I saw with the same scalp issue and I believe she was the only doctor who diagnosed correctly and took a positive corrective treatment. I will be thrilled if the issue does not return and would recommend this doctor highly.
