By working closely with patients—and when appropriate, their families—I aim to create treatment plans that are realistic, meaningful, and aligned with each person’s daily life, values, and goals. I strive to meet patients where they are and ensure their needs and priorities remain at the center of care. My areas of clinical focus include, but are not limited to, depressive and anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar and other mood disorders, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), insomnia, and substance use disorders. When clinically appropriate, I can provide referrals for advanced treatment options such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Spravato® (esketamine) therapy, or genetic testing to help optimize medication selection and effectiveness. I look forward to partnering with you on your healing journey and supporting your progress toward improved well-being. Outside of work, I enjoy creative and restorative activities such as art, card making, reading, video games, biking, cooking, fishing, and gardening. I am able to provide referrals for the following specialized services: Alpha-Stim, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Spravato® (esketamine) treatment, GeneSight® genetic testing, Suboxone home induction and maintenance, SPECT screening.
