About Stephanie Neufeld
For the past seventeen years, I've been immersed in the field of medicine, initially starting out as an EMT. Recognizing my desire for more direct patient care, I transitioned to nursing. My experience spans labor and delivery, school nursing, public health nursing, and even teaching nursing. Frustrated by the limited healthcare options in rural areas, I pursued further education and earned my Master's in Family Health Nursing from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences to become a family nurse practitioner.
One of the most common questions I get asked by patients is, "Are you staying?" It is frustrating getting to know a provider and then having them leave. I am a fourth-generation East Mountains native, born and raised here. So, unless God does something crazy, I am here for the long haul. The sad truth is, healthcare sucks, and healthcare in rural communities like ours is almost non-existent. I love that I get to be part of that change and help ensure our community gets the medical care it deserves.

Please complete these as soon as possible. If these are not completed within 24 hours of booking your appointment, your appointment may be canceled.

Facilities were clean and well organized. Scheduling was quick and easy, was able to be seen right away. Provider was knowledgeable and professional, but also wanted to connect with the patient. Provider took the time to listen and provide feedback to all my questions and concerns. I felt like I was involved in my care instead of just getting pills shoved at me. Very pleased with the entire experience, and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for care.
