Seems like a nice derma. Felt like I was listened to and the options were explained thoroughly. Although, i was told my name was like medicine names with jumbled letters put together and was expected to know how to say it. I was also asked where i’m from because i didn’t have an accent. I laugh because it’s funny but i don’t appreciate it as a patient. As a patient, i didn’t make remarks about their accent.

I was seen and heard. The entire staff cared for me from the moment I walked in. The doctor provided both short term and advised on long term next steps, of which I am taking. This location is an extra 20 minute drive for me as I pass other dermatology offices that I’ve been to … well worth it.

I did not feel like my problems were understood. I did not feel heard either. She only saw me for like 5 minutes and left. It was mostly her assistant who was there and heard my problems
