Stephanie supports clients experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, autism spectrum disorder, trauma and PTSD, social anxiety, anger, personality disorders, substance use, dual diagnosis, self-harm, life transitions, parenting concerns, and other behavioral or emotional challenges. She also welcomes veterans, first responders, and their families. Believing that effective psychiatric care begins with listening, Stephanie creates a respectful, judgment-free environment where clients feel heard and included in their treatment. Her collaborative, whole-person approach combines thoughtful prescribing with education, shared decision-making, supportive therapy, motivational interviewing, and brief CBT-informed interventions. When clinically appropriate, treatment may also include medication-assisted treatment, injectable medications, controlled-substance management, and evidence-based strategies for mood disorders. Stephanie works closely with therapists, primary care providers, and other members of a client’s care team to support coordinated treatment and long-term wellness. Her goal is to help every client better understand their diagnosis, treatment options, medications, and the reasoning behind each recommendation. Stephanie is currently accepting new patients for in-person psychiatric care in Annapolis and virtual medication-management appointments throughout Maryland.
