About Dr. Stephanie Simmerman
Originally from Michigan, Stephanie has lived in Naples for over 20 years. She graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, Florida in 2007 and started her healthcare career as a registered nurse with Riverchase Dermatology. Inspired to advance her nursing and clinical expertise, Stephanie returned to the academic arena in 2009 at the University of Florida in Gainesville. In May of 2012, she obtained the highest scholastic achievement in professional nursing, the Doctorate of Nursing Practice.
During her advanced nursing preparation, Stephanie gained practical experience working directly with nurse practitioners in multiple clinical environments. In providing care for patients of all ages and with a broad range of healthcare needs, Stephanie has established herself as an adept, accomplished nurse practitioner.
Upon matriculating from the University of Florida, Stephanie has fulfilled her seminal objective of working with Riverchase Dermatology as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. Stephanie utilizes her knowledge and experience in general dermatology, laser therapy, and surgery to treat patients with myriad dermatologic needs.
