Staff was very friendly and organized. Everything went smoothly I got seeing fast.

The most unprofessional doctor I’ve ever seen. At my first visit, I waited two hours because the doctor hadn’t even arrived yet—she claimed it was a rare situation. Second visit, she left for lunch ten minutes after my appointment time and ignored the staff calling her for 45 minutes while I waited. It honestly feels like she’s bouncing between four clinics and double- or triple-booking patients (just an allegation, but nothing else makes sense). Zero respect for patients’ time. Also, their billing team is aggressive—calling and leaving nine voicemails in a single day just to confirm the appointment. The whole place is a mess. Find another doctor and clinic. This place should be investigated.

Upon arrival I was greeted by a receptionist who was watching videos on her iPad (no headphones, out loud). She was looking at a screen as she was talking to me and frezer half-sentence in “interesting” moments. Only after taking my documents, making me wait and collecting information she informed me that the doctor already left for the day and it would be her and her colleague that would do the scan and the doctor would probably call me if any further action is needed. I would not have an opportunity to chat with her ask questions or discuss concerns. I was not informed of any timeline (when could I expect further communication). I walked out.
