I moved to Los Angeles to play softball in the sunshine at Occidental College, where I earned my bachelor's degree, and stayed in LA to attend medical school at the University of Southern California, earning my Doctor of Medicine. I am very interested in research and hope to continue in academia. Outside of medicine, I love to snow ski, camp, play slow-pitch softball, read, and hike with my golden retrievers, Bear and Finnegan.
