I am not sure what expectations I had for the appointment. The interface used for the medical group did not provide me a method of entering or uploading anything, so going into the appointment the provider has nothing to go off of. Once the call started there was no effort to establish any of that information. I was never asked for my medical history or what medications I am taking, there was just really no bedside manner in that regard. The appointment started out with a how can I help you / why did you schedule an appointment with me today / or a what do you want from me style of question and we started into why I needed an appointment. Without her asking for any previous medical history, medications, or anything else along the way and not having the ability to upload any documents prior to the appointment it was pretty much a waste of time for me in most instances. I was just not impressed at all with the provider and how everything went or how everything was handled. Disappointed.
