About Dr. Stephanie Vachirasudlekha
Dr. Stephanie Vachirasudlekha earned her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor in 2004. In 2007, she earned her Master of Social Work and her Master of Public Health degrees at the University of Michigan. In 2009, she completed her Evaluation and Program Development Fellowship at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Atlanta, Ga. She completed her CDC-Hubert Global Health Fellowship in 2016 at the CDC in Atlanta and in Mumbai, India. That same year, Dr. Vachirasudlekha earned her Certificate in Leadership in Medicine for the Underserved at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in Flint and her Doctor of Medicine Degree at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in Grand Rapids and Flint. She completed her residency in Family Medicine in 2019 at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, where she was Chief Resident until joining Kelsey-Seybold.

Dr. V was amazing!! She listens, she offers feedback and she educates you with necessary and helpful information. She took her time to understand my needs and was willing to find solutions. I really felt like she took her time with me and she cared enough to listen. Often times you go in to an appointment not feeling well and you walk out feeling confused and frustrated, but with Dr. V i felt like i have a starting point and left with methods and tips to feel better. I am so happy i found her, thank you Dr. V!! I would highly recommend.

Dr V was very friendly. I loved that she actually offered an x ray when I told her of my chronic back pain. Other doctors in the past never offered to do more than prescribe muscle relaxers. Very thankful to have found her!
