About Dr. Stephen Bennett

Dr. Stephen Bennett is Board certified in both podiatric primary care and podiatric surgery and has been a Manhattan podiatrist for over 15 years. Dr. Bennett obtained his bachelor of science in Biology from Stony Brook University; he went on to receive his doctorate in podiatric medicine and surgery from Temple University. In 1992, he completed a one year podiatric surgical residency program at North Philadelphia Health System in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. His surgical training included comprehensive elective foot and ankle surgery, foot and ankle reconstructive surgery, diabetic limb salvage, and trauma surgery of the foot and ankle. During his training he worked closely with the departments of general medicine, rehabilitation medicine, radiology, emergency medicine, orthopedics and vascular surgery. His extensive training included the reading of MRI's and CAT Scans.
