About Dr. Stephen Kramer

Dr. Stephen Kramer received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN, in 1988. His introduction to chiropractic care began after playing football, during which he injured his neck and back in high school and later in college at St. John's University. While chiropractic care helped keep him on the field, it wasn't until he played Men's Fastpitch softball alongside a chiropractor that he truly began to see the real benefits of chiropractic treatment. Born in Lucan, Minnesota, Dr. Kramer grew up with seven siblings in a lively, faith-filled family. He now lives in Saint Paul with his wife, Marla, and is recently an empty nester after helping raise five children. With 35 years in practice, including the last 23 in Prior Lake, MN, he has served the community in many roles: Chamber President, church choir member, supporter of local theater through Marla and their children, Chair of the Wellfit committee in the school district, and active participant in Rotary. Dr. Kramer's vision has been to create a wellness center that brings together Massage, Physical Therapy, Weight Loss, Acupuncture, and Chiropractic care under one roof-helping people become better and healthier versions of themselves.
