Dr. Pratt is a board-certified internist with over 20 years of experience in adult primary care. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Kansas, Kansas City, and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester. An accomplished physician author, Dr. Pratt is also dedicated to teaching the next generation of physicians.

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic with Dr. Pratt.
During my preventive visit, I requested a routine screening test that had always been part of my previous physicals. Dr. Pratt declined to order it and suggested that I pay for it out of pocket elsewhere.
After I shared a public feedback comment about my experience, I later discovered that my patient portal access had been disabled without any notice. This meant that I could no longer view my medical records or past visit information, and the timing was concerning.
I felt that my concerns were dismissed, and the communication did not feel patient-centered. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic.
