This office experience is why Americans don’t take care of their health. Made an appt last week - they called me that day to come in at 130 pm vs my later time and I couldn’t as had work. I rescheduled for today at 3 pm. I left the office after an wait of 1 hour and 30 minutes as still wasn’t even in a room and had to get my daughter - worse when I went to tell the front desk I had to leave - one of the staff said well maybe you make the first appointment of one of the days. The tone was not customer service friendly and this would be my 3rd attempt to get in - I need to be seen as concerned about my cardiac health yet will now try Z Doc again to find someone. So very disappointing.
