Right off the cuff was able to adjust to my having prior experience with psychiatric care, listened to my assumed needs and gave suggestions and professional advice based on their knowledge and my medical & prescription history. Already worlds better than my previous provider and much more efficient with my care. No more waiting weeks/months to hear back or get an appointment scheduled or get medication adjustments. Steve was incredibly professional, kind and a great listener when I talked about what I thought I needed, taking that into account when advising on my continued care. Looking forward to future appointments and actual professional treatment!

He made me feel heard. I have had other providers who seemed rushed, but he took his time and asked questions about how I was doing overall. I didnt want to do blood work but i think he was able to find things to help me with my regular health also.

I dont usualy leave a review, but I liked that steve explained why he was recommending a medication instead of just prescribing it. He made sure I understood the possible side effects and what to do if something happened.
