“He is WONDERFUL! He listened to me and didn’t make me feel dumb or treat me like I was stupid. I have a hard time explaining things about my mental health but he truly tried his best and asked questions until he understood what I was trying to communicate. He is very caring and accommodating!”

When I felt like I was in a crisis mode, Steve was able to get me in as a new patient within a couple days which I really appreciated. During the visit, Steve was very attentive and explained my treatment plan thoroughly. In my situation, I have a short term and long term goal and I finished my visit feeling hopeful and reassured that I can make it through this difficult time. Steve was very personable and easy to talk to which I really enjoyed. The visit was virtual and I still felt he made the atmosphere safe and again, allowed for easy communication. I really cannot express how thankful I am to have been referred to Steve because again, just the amount of reassurance I felt after the visit really eliminated the stress I was feeling. I look forward to working with Steve more and navigating towards a healthier future.
Dr Kline is firstly, extremely responsive. Not only that but he is a very good listener so he is the first dr, to actually listen to my concerns and take them seriously. He has been great at explaining the different medication‘s that I will be trying, and he never starts me off at anything even close to a high-dose (like I’ve had issues with doctors in the past doing this). I also really like that He’s continuously sending me questionnaires as we’re trying out different medication‘s to assess my mood/disorder. He’s extremely professional. He is quite literally saving my life and my family.
Dr Kline was informative on the levels of medications, their interactions with others, as well as he wasn’t forceful when a suggested medicine wasn’t something I wanted to take. He was a great listener and had wonderful bedside manner! The appointment was easy to make and have via zoom which is great for someone like myself that struggles keeping appointments.
