Consistently easy communication with the office, it's clean, and Dr. K is excellent (as was the previous derm I saw at this practice, who moved to a different location). Support staff is also great.

Dr. Kolenik was prompt and thorough. He actually had another assistant helping with the exam and inspecting parts of my body (since it was an annual full body dermatology exam). I was pleased that there was another set of eyes performing the scan since there is a lot of area to cover. He also was good about asking me about other issues going on and if there was anything i was concerned about.

Dr. Kolenik is professional, efficient, and highly knowledgeable. He only removes what is necessary, and puts me at ease as I have a history of melanoma. I send my family and friends to him when they need a skin check or dermatologist.

Dr. Kolenik was recommended to me for a prior procedure that I had in March and I am happy with everything that had to be done. He is very friendly and knowledgeable on what had to be done.
This visit was my first full body check up. Dr. Kolenik put me at ease as he checked out each part of my body. He did two biopsy’s and am now awaiting to hear what may be my next step. If you are looking for a doctor who cares about you, Dr. Kolenik is your choice.

The doctor is fantastic. He knows his stuff he’s experienced knowledgeable and I’ll go to him every time however I did feel a bit rushed. I know they’re very busy, but it was a very very quick appointment and he didn’t ask me if there’s anything else on my body that needed addressing I only came in for my face, but he should’ve asked I suppose. Yes I did feel rushed, but that’s OK cause he was a great doctor and I’ll go back to him.

The Norwalk office was not handicapped accessible, and a doctor and the staff that afternoon uniformly reported that the building management had been non-responsive to their repeated complaints. The office manager was not present this afternoon, but she had apparently also been unsuccessful in getting the building management to comply with accessibility requirements. Under the Act the burden isn't on the patient
to enforce compliance. I intend not to return to Sweigert's Norwalk office.

Professionalism. Great Doctor. Excellent welcoming support staff at the desk.
Only glitch was text correspondence with Klara just a couple hours before the visit requesting reason for the visit, then asking for confirmation from Primary Health Insurance that two body scans were authorized within a year. I wasted at least an hour researching Cigna documents to verify something that could have been discovered earlier.
Other than that, pleasure as always!
