Dr. Louie was patient and easy-going. I felt at ease to ask him questions and he responded with information, but no pressure. The prick test was unexpected, especially since I was allergic to many things so had a large reaction, but the effects went away after several hours. Highly recommended.

The physician is great he is kind and caring. However, my only issue with the staff is they are quick to collect "balances" and it would be nice if they allowed us to pay the balance by mail; with submitted bill instead of balance while in the office. Other than that they are generally nice, at times I've had to wait in the examining room for a while.

He completed his internship and residency at Nassau County Medical Center, and his fellowship in Allergy & Immunology at the University of South Florida College of Medicine. I thought the front desk staff was very nice & made me feel welcomed. Dr. Louie took his time, answered all my question & did not rush me. The Medical Assistance could not have been nicer.

Very organized, professional and Friendly STAFF. Dr. Louie was very thorough and friendly. He took the time to listen to my concerns and suggested an approach which worked wonderfully.
