About Rainford Poyser
Hello, I'm Rainford, and I am the owner of Broward Integrative Medical. My background in healthcare began 20 years ago when I was working as a counselor and office manager in a clinic that specialized in HIV and Hepatitis C diagnosis and treatment. My love for patient care grew consistently over time, so I became a professional registered nurse a few years later and transitioned into acute care. I did critical care nursing for 10 years before deciding to head back to school for my advance practice nursing degree. Now I am here to serve you.
I strive for excellence in serving those who put confidence in my ability to provide for their health care needs. This industry is constantly evolving, and so are the unique care needs of individuals within divergent populations. Over the years, rising costs, declining revenues, and budget cuts have significantly impacted the quality and availability of care. Providers who work with health insurance plans are pressured to see many more patients daily just to break even and keep their doors open. I do not subscribe to that grind, and this is why I do not accept any commercial health insurance. I take whatever time is necessary with my patients, and I am always seeking to identify new ways to keep them healthy while keeping costs low.

He actively listened to my concerns and explained the medications he prescribed, which was greatly appreciated! The visit was excellent! After careful questioning I was told I would receive a prescription. I was given an excellent explanation of what to expect and was told if I did not feel better in 2 days I should call back. The prescription solved my problem and I am 100% better now. I would highly recommend this professional provider!
